Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using shoprestoreoc.org (the "Site"), operated by Habitat for Humanity of Orange County ("Habitat OC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or placing an order through this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About This Site

shoprestoreoc.org is the official online retail store for the Habitat OC ReStore program, operated by Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, a California nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) organization (Federal Tax ID: 33-0311059), with principal offices at 2200 Ritchey Street, Santa Ana, CA 92705. The Site is powered by Lightspeed e-commerce software.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this Site. By using the Site and completing a purchase, you represent that you are 18 years or older and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Product Listings & Inventory

All products are subject to availability. Because our inventory is largely donated, one-of-a-kind, or overstock items, quantities are limited and stock changes frequently. We cannot guarantee availability after viewing.

• Items listed as "new" may be manufacturer overstock, open-box, or display units unless otherwise stated.
• Items listed as "gently used" or "pre-owned" are donated goods. Condition details are noted in each listing.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for items found to be mispriced or unavailable. You will be notified and fully refunded.

4. Ordering & Purchase

When you submit an order through shoprestoreoc.org, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All online purchases are reserved for in-store pickup only at our Santa Ana (2140 Ritchey Street) or Anaheim (1656 West Katella Avenue) location. We do not offer shipping or home delivery.

5. Pickup Window & Unclaimed Orders

Items are held for pickup for 14 calendar days from the date of your pickup-ready notification. Items not collected within this window may be returned to inventory and your purchase refunded, less any applicable restocking fee. Contact us if you need to arrange an extended hold.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Habitat for Humanity of Orange County or its licensors. The Habitat for Humanity name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Habitat for Humanity International, used under license.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engage in any unlawful activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Site

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Habitat OC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Many items sold are donated or previously used goods; we make reasonable efforts to describe condition accurately but cannot guarantee items are free from defects.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Habitat OC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
