Thank you for your purchase at ReStore OC Online. Your purchase helps us to achieve our mission of providing a world where everyone has a safe and affordable place to call home. Because our inventory includes donated, one-of-a-kind, and heavily discounted items, our return policy reflects the nature of a nonprofit resale store.
Store credit only. Returns must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date with the original receipt and to the same Habitat ReStore location as purchased. We strongly encourage customers to ask questions about item condition, dimensions, and functionality before completing a purchase. Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of the purchase date. The item must be returned to the same Habitat ReStore location from which it was purchased, with the original receipt. We are unable to process return requests submitted after this window or without the original receipt.
Purchaser assumes all liability, both personal injury and property damage, which may occur through the use of items purchased from Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this responsibility.
Loyalty Points earned through purchases are valid for in-store use only and expire 12 months after the date of the qualifying purchase. Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed online, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Appliances are sold as-is unless otherwise noted. Functionality, where tested, is noted in the product listing. We recommend inspecting appliances at time of pickup before loading. If you identify a functional defect at pickup, notify store staff immediately — do not load and transport the item first. Habitat OC does not provide warranties on appliances. Manufacturer warranties, if any remain valid, transfer with the item upon purchase.
Furniture and building materials are sold as-is. Used items may show signs of wear consistent with their listed condition. Please review all listing photos and descriptions carefully. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item's condition.
You may request a cancellation at any time before receiving your pickup-ready notification by contacting onlinesales@habitatoc.org. Once an item has been staged for pickup, cancellations are subject to review. Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Habitat OC reserves the right to cancel an order if the item is found to be unavailable, damaged, mispriced, or listed in error. In such cases, you will receive a full refund and prompt notification via email.
