All purchases made through shoprestoreoc.org are available for in-store pickup only. We do not currently offer home delivery or shipping for online orders.

Important: By completing a purchase on shoprestoreoc.org, you acknowledge that your order will be held for pickup at our Santa Ana or Anaheim ReStore. Your pickup location is determined by product availability and confirmed in your order details.

Pickup Process

1. Place your order online at shoprestoreoc.org. Select your items and complete checkout.
2. Wait for your order confirmation email, sent immediately after purchase.
3. Await your pickup-ready notification. Orders are typically ready within 2–3 business days. You will receive an email and/or phone notification when your item is staged.
4. Bring your confirmation. Present your order confirmation email (digital or printed) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
5. Load up and go. Staff will assist with loading. Please bring a vehicle appropriate for the size of your item.

Sending Someone Else to Pick Up?

Another person may collect your order. They must present your order confirmation and a copy or photo of your government-issued ID. We recommend notifying us in advance at onlinesales@habitatoc.org.

Pickup Hold Period

Items are held for 14 calendar days from the date of your pickup-ready notification. Unclaimed items after this period may be returned to inventory. Contact us before your hold expires if you need additional time.

• Visa / Mastercard / Discover / American Express — accepted online at checkout
• Debit cards (with Visa/MC logo) — accepted online at checkout
• Cash — accepted in-store only (not online)
• Check — accepted in-store only; made payable to Habitat OC
• ReStore OC gift cards — accepted in-store

All online transactions are processed through Lightspeed Payments using SSL encryption. Habitat OC does not store your full credit card details.

Sales Tax

Applicable California sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the pickup location ZIP code. Purchases from our ReStore are subject to standard California sales tax as they constitute retail sales.

Tax-Deductible Donations

Purchases of products from ReStore OC are retail transactions and are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. To make a tax-deductible donation to Habitat OC, visit habitatoc.org/support-us/donation.
