Another person may collect your order. They must present your order confirmation and a copy or photo of your government-issued ID. We recommend notifying us in advance at onlinesales@habitatoc.org.
Items are held for 14 calendar days from the date of your pickup-ready notification. Unclaimed items after this period may be returned to inventory. Contact us before your hold expires if you need additional time.
All online transactions are processed through Lightspeed Payments using SSL encryption. Habitat OC does not store your full credit card details.
Applicable California sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the pickup location ZIP code. Purchases from our ReStore are subject to standard California sales tax as they constitute retail sales.
