Our team will stage your item and send you a pickup-ready notification — usually within 2 to 3 business days. No need to call or check in; we'll reach out to you.

Head to the location listed in your confirmation — Santa Ana or Anaheim, depending on where your item is stocked. Bring your order confirmation (phone or printed) and a valid photo ID.

Our team will bring your item out and assist with loading. If you have a large appliance or piece of furniture, it helps to call ahead so we can make sure you have the right vehicle.
